“Just a random thought. I think the formation of abs depends on your own workout? Like, a person doing an insanity workout has different form in her abs compared to someone who's doing pilates and so are to those who are going to the gym, yoga and other workout. I'm curious. Correct me if I'm wrong. cause all the pictures that I've seen online, those who are doing pilates have the same ab formation like Miley's abs and those who's doing insanity have 6 pack abs..”

I totally agree! Workouts like insanity and working with weights will give you totally different results than doing something like yoga or Pilates
