1 carton of chickpea
1 carrot finely chopped
1 celery finely chopped
1 scallion chopped
1/2 tsp cayenne (to taste)
1/4 cup hummus (or more for texture)
Drain and rinse chickpeas. Using a fork mash chickpeas in a bowl, adding the cut veggies into the mixture. Add in the hummus for creamy consistency. Add extra seasonings as desired…..
Can be eaten as a side or slapped into sandwich or your choice!
These stretches are so good for your back, arms and shoulders. I do them every time after Kettlebell training or my crazy plank circuits. It feels so good.
